day 279: red rover, red rover

why? wow, do you remember playing red rover as a kid? I think people have kids and it is awesome when they can remember these fun games they used to play when they are young. I think kids keep us young. And it is so fun to teach them something new!

day 278: family fun day - I can't get enough of this day

subject: tackle dad
why? This seriously started as an innocent game of tossing the footbal with the older boys and the next thing you know.... all the little rug rats start trying to bring down dad. It didn't of course but they sure had fun doing it....

subject: turning a 3 year old into your defense weapon
why? This cracks me up..... who would have thought being a weapon could be so much fun and silly!
as the other boys tried to get close and attack, little guys feet were the protection. Pure silliness.

why? Ok this cracks me up- unsuspecting kid thinks he wants to go for a plane ride and has no idea what he is in for, but it sure is fun!

day 274: family fun day part 1

why? we recently had a family fun day at a friends and with my new camera in hand I couldn't help but capture so many hilarious moments of these kids playing.
This kid was a total ham all day as you will see in later posts.

day 264: change in focus

subject: three busy boys
why? Playing in the afternoon, try to get three boys to smile at the same time. This is an example of changing the focus. The before the focus is on the background boy, the after is focused on the forground boys. These were shot with a fixed 50mm lens.
