why? I was reading some photography forums and this one photographer said they created an HDR image using the settings in Lightroom. HDR (High Dynamic Range) is often described as "seeing more like the human eye". To me, an HDR image just more of the range of colors of an image. Instead of just seeing black and white, you see every shade of gray in between. So here are two images, literally before and after before on the left is SOOC (straight out of the camera) the right is the after (after I processed it alot to try and mimic HDR). However, please note, there are many other more recommended approaches to this , with bracketing your shots, or using other software that specializes in HDR, etc.
what do you think, do you like the before or afters?

this is my first attempt, I am not sure I am a fan of how the skin tones turned out. |

This is my second attempt, I like the skin towns better and I kind of like how the wall pops! But I am a gal who really likes color. |
so where did you find the tutorial? I like the after on the second image.
