why? I stubbled across a website that has a weekly "before & after" photo contest.
However, their B & A is the SOOC (straight out of the camera) version versus the edited version.
This is my before and after: The before is SOOC, the after is what I had really wanted to capture. It cracks me up now that I am a mom it is crazy because either you can't get your child to get in the photo or else your child get's in the photo when you don't want him to. So when I went to capture this really cool tunnel with lots of texture and contrast, with the extreme direction, and then along stumbles my boy- right when I snapped the photo... bummer. No going back though because he kept walking.
