subject: salsa and guacamole
why? today I made some home made salsa & guacamole. It is amazing how they use almost the same ingredients or similar ingredients and then when you chop things up in different combinations you get different results. The before: my starting fresh ingredients. The After: the results. If only you could have tasted them. My problem with cooking? I research recipes and then combine a recipe or two together and then paraphrase for my final product. If it's good, who knows if I could ever reproduce next time.
