day 155: fat free
subject: brownies
why? Every time Shawn goes to California he brings back something from Trader Joe's (super cool store). This time it was fat free brownies. REALLY???? So I made them- just had to add low-fat vanilla yogurt. Which by the way has 3.5 grams of fat -so not quite fat free- BUT- pretty darn guiltless.
The before- is the really cool packaging. The after is the brownies just about gone. Literally they were so good and moist and delicious they were gone.... Makes me wonder if I substituted yogurt in a regular brownie box- what would happen?
