I had to post this WELL AFTER photo as well because this is how I like my bacon. And how do I cook my bacon you ask? I have a pampered chef bar pan and I bake my bacon on it. I love how the bacon turns out nice and crispy. And I love the fact that I do not have to stand by the stove while I wait for it to cook. If you don't have a bar pan, you can easily achieve similar results by lining your cookie sheet with aluminum foil and bake at 375 till desired results.
